270,000 square meters, with a structural footprint of 112,000 square meters. Equipped with

linen, curtains, black chadors, scarves, shawls, clothing, and blankets. These fabrics are

Spinning and Two-ply
Yazdbaf Textile Mills operates spinning and two-ply units covering an area of approximately
24,000 square meters. These units consist of two short-staple spinning lines, employing both
open-end and ring systems. With an annual production capacity of 11,000 tons, the mills produce
various types of cotton yarn, including combed cotton, synthetic fibers, and their blends in
different grades. Additionally, they produce 1,500 tons of two-ply cotton yarn.
The spinning units comprise 5,568 open-end spinning units and a total of 26,400 spindles. These
advanced facilities ensure high-quality yarn production. The two-ply units, totaling 1,000,
contribute to the diverse range of yarn offerings.

Preparing and Weaving
Yazdbaf Textile Mills houses a comprehensive preparing and weaving unit, spanning an area of
approximately 20,000 square meters. This unit is responsible for producing a diverse range of
fabrics, amounting to an annual production of around 60 million square meters. The fabrics
encompass various types, including denim and jeans for pants, clothing, black chadors, scarves,
colored yarn shirting, bed linen sets, curtains, upholstery, and lightweight blankets. These
fabrics are crafted using a combination of cotton, synthetic staple fibers, and their
mixtures.
The unit is equipped with advanced machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality
production.
It comprises:
projectile Sulzer weaving machines, with a width of 330 cm.
Sulzer Rapier machines, with a width of 360 cm.
Sulzer Rapier machines with dobby, with a width of 220 cm.
Furthermore, the mills have a cotton yarn dyeing facility that utilizes the indigo system. This
dyeing process enables the production of approximately 8 million square meters of indigo and
denim fabrics annually, primarily catering to the demands of the domestic market.
In addition, the sizing, warp winding, and sample weaving unit play a crucial role in the
production process. It allows for the weaving of fabric samples before mass production,
enhancing the ability to create patterned fabrics, especially for shirting and blankets.

Continuous dyeing, with an annual capacity of approximately 10 million square meters of fabrics
up to 200 cm in width. The unit utilizes the best colors and chemicals to achieve vibrant and
long-lasting results.
Rotary, flat, and digital printing methods, employing high-quality colors and chemicals. The
unit specializes in:
Rotary printing, with 12 and 8 colors, capable of printing up to 250 cm in width and producing
20 million square meters of fabric annually.
Flat printing, with 15 templates, exceeding 300 cm in width, enabling the production of 9
million square meters of fabric per year.
Digital printing for 100% polyester fabrics, with a width of up to 150 cm.
